This policy describes how Neil Han (the publisher) collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you use 易排 OpenAI Plugin (易排). The service formats Markdown into WeChat Official Account HTML. It does not publish articles for you. Free formatted HTML includes a credit line that names 易排 OpenAI Plugin and may link to getpilih.com.

This page is the privacy policy for the plugin hosted at this origin, including the ChatGPT MCP endpoint at /mcp and the public connector URL https://www.getpilih.com/wechat/mcp (that URL proxies to this service). ChatGPT is operated by OpenAI. When you use the plugin inside ChatGPT, OpenAI also processes your conversation under the OpenAI privacy policy. This page covers the 易排 servers only.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Neil Han. There is no user account on this service. Questions and deletion requests go through the support page.

This service is not directed at children under 13. Do not submit a child personal information through the plugin, the web editor, or a public listing.

Data collected

We collect only what a tool or web form needs to complete the request you started. We do not ask for WeChat passwords, AppSecret values, access tokens, payment card data, government identifiers, or health information. Do not paste those values into Markdown or chat.

Formatting requests

When you format an article in ChatGPT or on the web editor, the server receives:

Article title
Article Markdown (the body you provide)
Optional author name
Optional digest or description
Theme: clean, tech, or bold
Whether to convert external links (convertExternalLinks)
Public HTTPS image URLs that appear in the Markdown

The server may fetch those image URLs to inspect format and to show a preview. When an Official Account is connected, JPEG or PNG images may be uploaded to WeChat so they can appear in the Official Account editor. Image bytes are not kept on this server after the preview expires, except as already stored by WeChat after an upload.

Preview and copy pages

A short lived renderId is created so the preview widget and copy page can reload the same HTML. That identifier is a random UUID. It is not an account identifier.

Optional WeChat Official Account connection

Copy and paste formatting does not require a WeChat login. If an Official Account administrator later scans to authorize this app, WeChat may send a component verify ticket, authorizer AppID, nickname, principal name, permission identifiers, and tokens needed to upload images or create a draft. Those credentials stay on this server (in Google Cloud Storage when a state bucket is configured). ChatGPT never receives tokens, AppSecret values, or the component verify ticket. Tools may return AppID, nickname, principal name, and a connect URL so you can finish authorization.

Optional WeChat draft save

If you insist on creating a WeChat draft through the API, the server may receive a renderId, optional authorizer AppID, optional cover image URL, optional WeChat thumb media ID, optional content source URL, and flags for showing a cover picture, opening comments, and fans only comments. The WeChat API then stores a draft on the Official Account. This never publishes the article.

Public story desk

If you (or ChatGPT on your instruction) submit a live published Official Account URL, we send that URL plus optional title and author to the Pilih hub at getpilih.com so it can appear on the public 易排 desk. Do not submit drafts or private URLs. The hub may fetch the public page to fill title, author, excerpt, and preview image, and may store id, desk, url, title, optional author, excerpt, image URL, source, and created time.

Request logs

Google Cloud Run may record IP address, date and time, URL path, HTTP status, and user agent for security and to keep the service running. We do not use these logs for advertising or profiling. We do not set advertising cookies or analytics pixels on these pages.

What we do not collect

We do not create a 易排 user account. We do not read your ChatGPT conversation except for the tool arguments ChatGPT sends to complete your request. We do not publish to WeChat. We do not sell personal data.

Purposes of use

We use the data above only to:

Sanitize Markdown into HTML you can copy into the WeChat Official Account editor.
Show a phone width preview widget and a copy page for a limited time.
Apply a theme and warn about image formats that often fail on paste.
Optionally host JPEG or PNG images on WeChat when an Official Account is connected.
Optionally create a WeChat draft, only if you insist. This never publishes the article.
Return account connection status so ChatGPT can tell you whether copy and paste is enough or whether a scan is still needed.
List a published article on the public 易排 desk after you ask.
Operate, secure, and debug the servers.
Respond to support and deletion requests you send through the support page.

We do not use article text to train models. We do not use it for advertising. We do not build marketing profiles.

Recipients

Depending on the feature you use, information may be processed by:

Neil Han / this Cloud Run service in Google Cloud region asia-southeast1, to format HTML, host previews, and hold WeChat authorization state.
Google Cloud for Cloud Run hosting, request logs, and optional Cloud Storage of WeChat platform state (component verify ticket and authorizer records).
OpenAI / ChatGPT when you use the plugin. ChatGPT sends tool inputs to the MCP server and receives tool outputs. The getpilih.com proxy forwards those MCP calls to this origin. OpenAI processes that traffic under its own policy.
Image hosts you named in Markdown (for example ChatGPT file URLs or mdnice URLs). The formatter fetches the public URL to inspect or display the image.
Tencent / WeChat if this service uploads an image, creates a draft, or if you authorize an Official Account. WeChat processes that material under WeChat terms.
Pilih hub (getpilih.com) if you ask to list a published article. The hub stores the public listing and shows it to visitors of the 易排 desk.
The public if you list a published article. Anyone with the desk URL can see that listing.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share article drafts with advertisers.

Retention

Formatting previews and copy pages: held in server memory for about 30 minutes, then discarded. A process restart also discards them. renderId values become invalid after expiry.
WeChat authorization records: kept for as long as the Official Account remains authorized so image upload and optional draft save can work. Records include AppID, nickname, principal name, tokens, and related timestamps. If you disconnect this app in WeChat, stop using those tools.
WeChat drafts and hosted images: stored by WeChat under the Official Account, not on this server, once upload or draft save succeeds.
Public desk listings: kept on the Pilih hub until you ask for removal through the support page, or until the publisher removes them. They are meant to be public examples, not private drafts.
Request logs: kept only as long as needed for security and debugging, then discarded with the Google Cloud logging settings for this project.

User controls

Do not put secrets or unnecessary personal data in Markdown.
Use copy and paste without connecting WeChat if you want formatting only.
Wait for a preview to expire, or format again, if you want the in memory copy gone.
Do not submit unpublished URLs to the public desk.
Ask on the support page to remove a public listing. Include the live article URL.
Uninstall the ChatGPT plugin, delete the ChatGPT conversation, or use ChatGPT data controls for conversation history. Those controls are provided by OpenAI.
To stop optional WeChat API access, disconnect this app in the WeChat Open Platform authorization list for the Official Account.

ChatGPT plugin tools, inputs, and outputs

The table below matches the tools currently exposed by the MCP server. Structured fields can appear in the ChatGPT UI and in the model transcript for that turn. A short status sentence is also returned as text. The preview widget HTML is a static template and does not add extra personal fields beyond the tool output already listed.

The web editor on this origin accepts the same title, Markdown, author, digest, theme, and convertExternalLinks fields and returns formatted HTML in the browser. It does not require ChatGPT.

International processing

Servers run in Google Cloud asia-southeast1 (Singapore). If you use ChatGPT, OpenAI may process data in other regions under the OpenAI privacy policy. If you use WeChat APIs, Tencent may process data in regions WeChat uses for Official Account APIs. Public listings are stored on the Pilih hub.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
